1970 Corvette
Vehicle Description:
Purchased locally in 2018, it has since been driven about 1000 miles per year. Along with low mileage, this vehicle has been carefully maintained by its owner as well as at Horsepower, one of Central PA’s premier automotive restoration shops.
This 1970 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has a 350 cubic inch engine with 300 hp. The engine numbers match the VIN and is believed to be the original engine, transmission, and differential. The paint is in great condition, with a beautiful Monza Red paint job and ceramic coating and matching red hardtop. The interior is black vinyl in excellent condition. The auxiliary convertible top is white and in good condition. The car drives and handles very nicely, with power drum brakes, power steering and 4 speed manual transmission.
The car drives and handles very nicely with no known mechanical issues. Cosmetically there is a small area of spider web cracking about the size of a $.50 cent piece below the front corvette emblem, and a scratch on the hard top.
The beauty of this car is that it is in very good condition and is a great runner driver to enjoy and cruise wherever you want to go. It is not concourse so it can be enjoyed, shown, and driven without concern about minor imperfections that may occur.
